OPTIMUMWRAP / WARRANTY
Ask what is covered before how long.
Ten years on its own means little — the warranty terms matter. We confirm coverage, exclusions and the claim process per model.
WARRANTY ESSENTIALS
What is covered, what is not, and how claims work.
- What the warranty covers
Coverage is confirmed per model. Common items include yellowing, cracking, bubbling, delamination, adhesive failure and edge lifting — exactly which are covered is confirmed in the supply terms for that model.
- What it does not cover
Damage from accidents, incorrect installation, improper care, extreme environments or modifications is normally excluded. Specific exclusions follow the model terms.
- How to file a claim
Process: provide order / batch information → describe the issue with photos → we verify → settle per terms (replacement, refund or technical solution).
- Unopened shelf life
Shelf life of unopened rolls is confirmed per model. Storage conditions (temperature, light, flat position) affect shelf life.
- Maintenance after installation
Cleaning and care guidance is provided per model. Improper cleaning can affect appearance and performance.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Confirm these before you order.
When does the warranty start?
Confirmed per model terms, typically tied to shipment or installation date.
Does a bad install count as a warranty claim?
Installation issues are assessed against the model's installation guidance and responsibility split. Samples and an installation test first are recommended.
What if batch colors differ?
Keep batch records and state repeat-order needs before ordering; we verify batch consistency against available supply.
Where can I see the warranty terms?
Warranty terms for a model are provided at supply confirmation. Items without terms are not promises.
