Substrate, coating and adhesive are checked per batch: source, specification and available documentation (TDS) are verified.
In-house coating
Coating and lamination run on our own line with controlled process parameters — a colour chart is not a specification.
Inline QC
Thickness, gloss, adhesive and appearance are checked during production; abnormal batches are stopped at the line.
Performance testing
Clarity, self-healing, hydrophobicity, stretch and installation feel are confirmed on physical material before release.
Batch QC
Before dispatch, batch consistency is checked on verifiable points: colour, thickness, adhesive and appearance.

Are you a factory, trader or brand agent?
We are factory-direct: we produce on our own lines and supply you directly — no middle layers. We are the producer.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is in China. Factory details are shared once cooperation is under review.
What is the source of the TPU / PVC substrate?
Substrate sources are stated in the product documentation (TDS) for each model. Different models may use different substrate suppliers.
Do you coat topcoat yourself or buy finished master rolls?
Coating and lamination are confirmed per model and stated in the documentation. We do not turn process differences into blanket promises.
What adhesive system do you use?
Adhesive type (acrylic, pressure-sensitive, etc.) is confirmed per model against the available TDS.
Can you provide a full TDS?
For models in our catalogue, we can provide the corresponding technical documentation. Where documentation is not yet complete, we say so instead of substituting.
Can you provide third-party test reports?
Depending on the model and the test item. Items without reports are not treated as verified and are marked "to be confirmed".
Which models are long-running?
Current catalogue models and their supply history are available. Discontinued or changed models are clearly marked.
How many years has a model been produced?
Confirmed against each model's supply record. We do not invent production histories.
What are your top three complaints?
Summarised from batch feedback (e.g. yellowing, delamination, bubbling). Details are shared during cooperation discussions.
What happens with yellowing, delamination or bubbling?
Handled per model warranty terms and claim process: batch information → confirm issue → settle per terms. Terms are confirmed at supply agreement.
Can we test samples first?
Yes. Tell us the application and colours, we arrange physical samples, then discuss volume.
